At the infusion practice, staff across six sites rebuilt the biologic order from scratch every Monday. At the front desk, eligibility, collections, and referral checks were done one Phreesia screen at a time for every patient on the schedule. Both were slow, error-prone, and repeated in full — every day or week.
Solution · 02
Rather than replace the EHR or move data into a new system, we added support directly into the screens the teams already worked in — two browser extensions that read what's already on the page and do the tedious work in place.

We watched a real Monday reconciliation and a full check-in rush end to end before designing anything.
We understood the two workflows before choosing a technique for either. The inventory extension captures eight business days of schedule across all six sites in one click and converts every dose into pull-able SKUs with standardized math. The front-desk extension codifies the practice's own eligibility and collection rules into an engine, reads the existing Phreesia dashboard, and surfaces deductibles, prior balances, and missing referrals up front. Everything runs in the browser — no EHR integration to maintain, and no PHI off the device.
