Shop by Goal, Not by Label

Outcomes from this work example.
Challenge · 01
Launching a supplement brand online is deceptively hard: the catalog has to be built, every claim has to respect DSHEA and FTC marketing rules, the imagery has to look intentional, and the store needs a working email program before the first order. Meanwhile shoppers bounce when they can't tell which product is for them.
Solution · 02
We built a production storefront on Shopify organized around the shopper's goal — treating compliance and lifecycle email as first-class parts of the build, not afterthoughts — so the brand could open the doors and sell.
Approach · 03
We started from the shopper's question — 'which one is for me?' — and built the store to answer it.
We understood both problems before building: a brand that needed to launch, and shoppers who needed to choose. We structured the Shopify catalog around goals, then wrote and verified every description line by line against manufacturer data and DSHEA constraints — disclaimers in, drug-style claims out. We produced branded product imagery and built the lifecycle email program end to end. The result was launch-ready, not a demo.
Outcome · 04
What changed inside the operation.
- 01A production Shopify storefront, designed around the shopper's goal
- 02Product copy verified compliant with DSHEA/FTC supplement marketing rules
- 03Branded imagery and a full lifecycle email program live at launch
